One-on-one discussions

Insight Communities are evolving continuously. Besides conducting your bi-weekly survey, monthly online group discussion or quick poll, Crowdtech now also offers the option to set up an one-on-one discussion. This is a discussion between the moderator and one member of the Insight Community and can be used for diary studies.

In collaboration with one of our partners we have developed this new feature. Our aim was to offer an even broader selection of methodolgies within the same platform. Besides the new research combinations that can be made, the output is displayed in an orderly and smart overview in terms of data analytics for the moderator.

Main plus points :

  • Individual: Conduct more personal research and customize induvidual approaches
  • No peer pressure: More honest conversations between the community member and moderator
  • Unbiased: Members are not influenced by statements or opnions from other members
  • Higher commitment: one-on-one attention has a positive influence on the level of commitment
